Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services without notice or refund.

- Hosting or distributing illegal content
- Use of services for fraud, phishing, or scams
Network Abuse & Security
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or participation in such attacks
- Malware, botnets, or command-and-control systems
- Port scanning, brute-force attacks, or unauthorised access attempts
- Circumventing security measures or service limitations
Content & Conduct
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour
- Content that is hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
Resource Abuse
- Excessive CPU, memory, disk, or network usage that negatively impacts other customers
- Use of services in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the plan purchased
Service Integrity
- Reselling services without prior written permission
- Tampering with server infrastructure or control panels
- Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
3. Game Server-Specific Rules
When hosting game servers, you must ensure:
- Mods, plugins, and custom content comply with the game’s licence terms
- Servers do not facilitate cheating, exploits, or unfair gameplay
- Player data is handled responsibly and lawfully
4. Abuse Handling & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate services immediately to prevent harm
- Remove or restrict content that violates this policy
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required
No refunds will be issued for services suspended or terminated due to AUP violations.
